Time is flying by, New Years just past not to long
ago. Well we are at the end of 2008 gearing up to go
into the New Year of 2009. This I have to say is among
the hardest times to stay focused on your goals and
commitments. You have family members coming to visit,
people travel a lot during the end of the year.
It is a huge challenge to stick with your workout and
eating regimen, especially with the holidays coming up.
You have Thanksgiving then Christmas. The temptation of
OVER EATING is there, mashed potatoes and gravy,
turkey breast, pumpkin pie,apple pie, ice cream, etc.

~Plan your days the night before
~When eating make sure you don’t over eat. Make each
meal the size of two fists together.
~Eat every 2 1/2 -3 hours, that way your body doesn’t
go into a starvation mode.
~Combine your food properly.
