Thank you everyone who came to the open house I really appreciate your support in what I’m trying to accomplish: to help as many people as I can with their health and fitness.
A Trend in Eating
Lately I have noticed a pattern in the quantity of food people are consuming. I’m not sure of the reason behind this but I suspect they are trying to eliminate some calories to lose weight.
What I’m seeing is that the majority of people are not eating enough calories throughout the day. This might be due to a fear that they won’t lose the weight they’re trying to lose and their goal might be compromised.
Never eat less than 1000 calories a day. Figure out what your resting metabolic rate is before you start figuring out how many calories you want to eliminate from your diet. Call me if you need help with this. Eat more frequently, every 2-3 hours. Try not to go beyond 3½ hours before your next meal as your body will go into starvation mode and start storing more fat for energy. Another thing that happens after a long period without eating is that your body will slow your metabolism defeating the purpose of what you’re trying to accomplish: to lose weight.
