How to make something a habit

New Duo Discipline program
Duo Discipline is the former outdoor camps. The schedule for 2011 Saturday workouts are: January 15, 22, and 29.
In February we will only workout on the 5th. Please call or email to RSVP.
All workouts are at 9am-10am. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Drop in rates are $15. Pre-paid cards are available for four sessions at a time for a cost of $48. Thanks ~ Hector

How to make something a habit.
In order to make eating healthy or exercising a habit, start by making a list of healthier meal replacements or a weekly workout schedule. Then follow your list. It takes about 16-21 times of repeating a task to make it a habit.
Even though it only takes 2-3 weeks to create a habit. I am a firm believer that it takes 30 days or longer to actually make a habit permanent to your daily routine.
