"I love my weekly appointments with Hector. He pushes me beyond what I think my limits are in a very gentle but persistent and positive tone. And it's working. I find my back and shoulders feel more toned and the old shoulder ache has gone away. I was struggling with a nagging carpel tunnel condition in my left hand and that too, has abated. I'm addicted to the results."

Fitness is Forever
Keep exercising during fall and winter
Yes Fall has arrived, the wind is picking up, it's getting a little chillier at night, and all you want to do is stay home, rent a movie and snuggle up. Well, there's nothing wrong with that. It's just no excuse to disappear, go into hibernation, and forget to exercise.
If you've been exercising, great job! Keep it up. If you are among the 64% of Americans who don't exercise at all, Fall is a good time as any to start focusing on your health and fitness.
If you are lost don't worry there's plenty of help out there to point you in the right direction.
Here are a few things you can do:
- Find a workout partner that you know will motivate you in times of desperation
- If you need more organization find a trainer that will guide you in the right direction.
- Stay active. Do recreational activities such as walking, jogging, hiking, racket ball, etc.
- I know it's tempting to eat high caloric foods, especially when the weather starts to get colder. Don't!
- Keep disciplined with your eating habits.
- Have a plan. Plan your days. Know when you are exercising and what you are eating. This will ease the decision making process when you are hungry. You already decided!
Always keep in mind " We Don't Plan To Fail, We Fail To Plan "
